Food & Beverage Sanitation
ChemStation Pacific (Oceanside, CA; serving Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties) supplies a complete sanitation line for food and beverage processing. Non-foaming CIP detergents include HD Caustic, Chlorinated HD Caustic for proteins, and HD Acid. Foaming detergents run from general-purpose cleaners to Foam Chlor and Peroxy Foam. Sanitizers include Perasan-A and BioSide HS PAA, Quat San II, iodine, Alpet D2 and D2 Wipes, PURE, and the two-part Sterilex Ultra system.
For floors and drains, quat- and PAA-based granular floor treatments, Quat Rings and Blocks, and enzymatic drain cleaner help prevent cross-contamination. Processing aids include Perasan-MP2C and food-grade acids and defoamers. Equipment covers Foam-It portable foam units (10, 20 and 30 gallon), the EZ Blend unit for Sterilex, a drain foaming attachment, LC Foamer, Seko ProSink and ProMax mixing stations, and titration kits. Most products come in pails, drums or bulk.
