Dairy Cleaning Chemicals
ChemStation Pacific in Oceanside, CA, serving Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties, provides custom-formulated, water-based, biodegradable detergents and sanitizers made to clean dairy soils. The line covers CIP cleaners, membrane cleaners, manual and foaming cleaners, foaming chlorinated and acid cleaners, degreasers, floor soaps, aluminum brighteners, line lubes and a full range of sanitizers.
Applications named include milk tanks and lines, vats, HTSTs and pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, evaporators, membranes, fillers, packers, bottle washers, conveyors and packaging equipment. The products are highly concentrated, work in all water conditions, are safe on aluminum and soft metals, and will not dull or streak stainless steel. Delivery into refillable tanks removes drum handling, and Tank Telemetry monitors levels remotely so the plant does not run out or over-order.
