Brewery Cleaning Chemicals
ChemStation Pacific, based in Oceanside, CA and serving Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties, supplies water-based, biodegradable cleaning and sanitation chemicals made for the brewing industry and delivered to refillable containers. For CIP, the line includes HD Caustic Detergent for organic soil and beer stone, HD Acid Detergent for cleaning and stainless-steel passivation, a peroxide-based CIP Oxidizer booster, and KleenDraft beer line cleaner. Sanitizers include Perasan-A PAA (no-rinse and CIP), Perafoam and a low-foaming iodophor.
Facility products cover stainless brighteners, chlorinated foamers, floor scrubber soap and FT-100 line lube for canning and bottling conveyors. Equipment includes Ezi-action pumps, pump-up foamers and sprayers, and 10- and 20-gallon Foam-It foam units. PAA test strips and acid, caustic and PAA titration kits support concentration checks. Most products come in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums or bulk.
